Craniosacral & Integrative World Bodywork

“The body remembers, the bones remember, the joints remember, even the little finger remembers. ”

~ Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Ph.D

My current work is rooted in trauma-oriented Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle yet profound approach that listens to the body’s innate rhythms and capacity for healing. Sessions unfold slowly and respectfully, allowing the nervous system to settle while supporting the release of held patterns in the tissues, fascia, and fluid body. Trauma-oriented and deeply attuned, this work does not force change, but rather creates the conditions for safety, coherence, and self-regulation to emerge from within.

Drawing from extensive bodywork and somatic training, this approach integrates both Eastern and Western understandings of the body and energy. Touch is intentional, responsive, and guided by the body’s signals in the present moment. Over time, clients often experience greater ease, clarity, and embodiment, as the body is supported in completing protective responses, restoring balance, and reconnecting to a felt sense of wholeness, healing, and resilience.
